BTS member V aka Kim Taehyung is currently basking in the success of his latest solo album 'Layover' and it has instantly become a hit around the world. The album was released worldwide on September 9 and BTS ARMY received handwritten letters by V and some gifts along with the hard copy of 'Layover'. Several fans took to social media to share V's letter and praised the singer for his thoughtful idea.

In the letter, V shared that he had been preparing for the album for a very long time and it got delayed because he was working slowly on his project. He started the letter on a nostalgic note and reminisced the old days of BTS and talked about the fun all the members used to have.

He added that he has made many memories in 10 years and although he has not changed as a person, his thoughts are different now. Talking about his future projects, V said that he will continue to sing and dance and entertain everyone. In the end, V thanked BTS ARMY for taking care of him, cheering and supporting him.

Kim Taehyung recently revealed his favourite K-pop songs in a special Spotify episode while promoting 'Layover'. The list includes -- NewJeans' 'Hype Boy', ENHYPEN's 'Bite Me', LE SSERAFIM's 'Eve, Psyche, & The Bluebeard’s Wife', Jungkook's 'Seven', NCT U's 'The 7th Sense', aespa's 'Better Things', SEVENTEEN's 'Super' and songs from his own album 'Love Me Again' and 'Slow Dancing'.

Talking about V's album 'Layover', BigHit Music released an official statement on Weverse and said, "Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Layover consists of six tracks in total – five tracks and a bonus track. To fully appreciate the album’s flow, we recommend listening to it in sequence from start to finish."

"The music videos for all five tracks will also be revealed. V will showcase amazing new performances and make various appearances alongside the album’s release. Please stay tuned and continue to support V as he embarks on his new solo journey," BigHit Music added.

The songs from V's album are-- 'Love Me Again', 'Rainy Days', 'Blue', 'Slow Dancing', 'For Us' and 'Slow Dancing (Piano Version)'.
