Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping experience, movie buffs! Hollywood heartthrob, Tom Cruise, returns with yet another mind-blowing stunt in the highly anticipated movie, 'Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One', scheduled for release in theatres on July 12.
Recognised for his fearless approach, Cruise consistently delivers the extraordinary, and this occasion is certainly no exception. Recently, the actor took to Twitter and shared a behind-the-scenes video, offering a sneak peek into the iconic train sequence of the film. Filmed in both Norway and the UK, the train scene showcases Ethan Hunt, portrayed by Cruise, as he engages in a knife fight on top of a fast-moving train, racing through a stunning valley at a speed of 60 miles per hour.

According to director Christopher McQuarrie, the train sequence was a highly anticipated adventure specifically crafted to elevate the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise to unprecedented levels of excitement and spectacle.
Centred around practical filmmaking, the team encountered multiple hurdles during the production, such as constructing the train itself to authentically capturing the gripping crash scene.
Speaking about it, in the clip, McQuarrie said, "There was not a surplus of trains available to be wrecked. We had to build the train if we wanted to destroy it. To shoot it was particularly challenging. Not just to execute. But also to design all the different trains and cars that could actually function on working railway tracks."
Cruise has a history of astonishing audiences with his death-defying stunts, and the train sequence in the original 'Mission: Impossible' film set an impressive benchmark. It showcased Cruise atop a real bullet train, racing at speeds exceeding 200 miles per hour!
With each new instalment, the franchise consistently pushes its boundaries, aiming to surpass the previous films in terms of heart-racing action and awe-inspiring sequences.
