Actress Celina Jaitly has lauded the Indian Armed Forces and hailed Operation Sindoor via her social media handle. After her online support to the Indian Army, Jaitly fell prey to massive online trolling. On Friday, the actress took to her Instagram handle and slammed trolls who  threatened to unfollow her for praising India’s Operation Sindoor. She wrote, “I will never be silent when innocent lives are taken in the name of terror.”

Celina Jaitly wrote on Instagram, “To those unfollowing me or threatening me because I speak for my country – read this carefully. I will never apologise for standing with my nation. I will never be silent when innocent lives are taken in the name of terror.”

She further added, “I mourn every innocent life lost-regardless of borders. But I will never stand with those who justify or glorify violence. If my love for India offends you, if my voice against terrorism threatens you, then unfollow me proudly. You were never meant to walk this path with me. I speak for peace. I stand for truth. And I stand with my soldiers always. They protect you without asking your name or religion.”

“So I will speak without fear or permission. To the trolls and threats: I see you. I forgive you. I rise above you. Jai Hind. Kumaon Regiments Daughter,” Celina concluded.

Operation Sindoor

On Thursday evening, Pakistan launched precision strike missiles on Thursday evening. Several cities in northern and western India were affected, including - Jammu and Kashmir (Jammu, Samba, Udhampur), Punjab (Amritsar, Jalandminar) and Rajasthan (Bikaner, Jaisalmer). Pakistani drones were spotted hovering in the sky in these areas. As a result, Indian air defense systems intercepted several Pakistani drones and missiles. Explosions were heard in Udhampur as Indian air defense successfully intercepted the drones.

As per reports, the Indian Navy’s INS Vikrant has carried out a massive attack on Karachi port, causing significant damage to the setup in the area. Besides, India has launched missile and drone attacks in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Sialkot and Bahawalpur.
