Wife Will Decide Legal Representation
As per the report in The Indian Express, another important point that was brought up during the hearing was the choice Vikrant Jaitly made regarding his legal counsel. As per the information that was given in court, he said that his wife, Charul Jaitly, would be the only person who would be authorised to make any decisions pertaining to his legal affairs.
It was also brought up in the court that Vikrant did not want to have any communication with his sister about the matter. Due to this reason, the judges felt that there was no point in pursuing the petition that had been filed by Celina Jaitly.
