Chandu Champion Box Office Collection Day 3: Kartik Aaryan has established himself as a successful actor with his several hit movies. He is back on the big screen with his much-awaited movie 'Chandu Champion' and has been receiving immense love and appreciation from the viewers. The movie is based on the life of Murlikant Petkar and his inspiring journey of becoming India's first Paralympic gold medallist.

Chandu Champion Box Office Collection Day 3:

'Chandu Champion' collected Rs 11.01 crore on day 3 (Sunday) which is a 100 per cent increase in numbers as compared to Friday. The movie earned Rs 5.40 Cr. on Friday, day 1 and then witnessed a 45 per cent growth of Rs 7.0 crore. The movie has collected Rs 24.11 crore in three days.

Chandu Champion Box Office Collection Day 3 Worldwide:

'Chandu Champion' reportedly collected Rs 17 crore worldwide.

Chandu Champion Budget:

The movie is reported to be made on a budget of Rs 70 to 75 crore.

The movie also received a standing ovation in theatres and Kartik was seen hugging director Kabir Khan. He wrote, "THIS CHAMPION IS NOW YOURS. These claps These Standing Ovations are making me so emotional and proud of this entire journey. This movie is more than just a story for me, it’s a journey that changed my perspective about life! I’m so grateful to @kabirkhankk sir and #SajidNadiadwala sir for choosing me to be their champion, and it’s my greatest honor to have portrayed the role of a real-life hero Murlikant sir, I’ll forever be indebted to you. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Kartik Aaryan talked about playing the role of Murlikant Petkar. He said, "Working on the film has been very satisfying. The experience of playing Murlikant Petkar was difficult, but a very enjoyable process where I was creatively satisfied. Getting a film like this is a rare opportunity… I was just so happy that I got to do the project. Despite the pain, injuries and sacrifices, I had a great time."
