Chennai Floods

On December 4, Chennai experienced relentless heavy rain as Cyclone Michaung approached the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The inclement weather not only disrupted flight operations at the Chennai airport but also led to the cancellation and diversion of numerous flights. The extensive downpour resulted in the inundation of the entire runway and airplane parking zone, creating challenging conditions for air travel and airport activities.
