Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 10 UPDATE: With Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Akshaye Khanna playing important roles, Chhaava, which was released on February 14 and is currently in its second week of strong sales, is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. At the box office, the historical drama has earned Rs 326.75 crore thus far.
Chhaava has stormed past the phenomenal 100 crore mark in its second week to become the only movie after Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule to do so, reveals movie critic and biz analyst Taran Adarsh.

Chhaava earned Rs 41.10 crore on its second Sunday at the box office. With collections of Rs 37 crore and Rs 48.5 crore, the Hindi movie performed well on its first weekend as well. After earning a solid Rs 31 crore net opening and Rs 219.25 crore net in its first week in India, Chhaava doesn't appear to be slowing down. On its second Friday, it brought in Rs 24.3 crore net and on its second Saturday, it brought in Rs 44. 10 crore, reveals Taran Adarsh.
Chhaava has already destroyed the box office with its phenomenal run. After surpassing Uri: The Surgical Strike, Vicky Kaushal's previous biggest grossing picture. The epic historical drama has rewritten history for the actor.

Vicky Kaushal steps into the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha empire’s founder. Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna portrays his wife, Yesubai Bhonsale and Akshaye Khanna as Aurganzeb. The movie also stars Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta and Vineet Kumar Singh in key roles.
The weekend report witnessed a surge after PM Modi's praise of Chhaava for capturing the valour of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj at the 98th Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan in New Delhi on Friday.
