Chhaava: Vicky Kaushal is excited for the release of his highly anticipated historical drama Chhaava, which hits theaters on February 14. Vicky plays the role of Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and Rashmika Mandanna joins him as his wife Maharani Yesubai in the movie. Before the film’s release, Vicky visited Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, to take a holy dip at Triveni Sangam. The photos and videos from his visit are going viral.

Vicky Kaushal was seen arriving in Prayagraj and heading to Triveni Sangam to immerse himself in the holy waters. He shared his excitement about being at Mahakumbh, calling himself fortunate for the opportunity. The Bad Newz actor told reporters, “I'm feeling very good. I have been waiting for this opportunity for a long time to be a part of the Maha Kumbh. Now that I am here today, I feel very good and fortunate.” Vicky was accompanied by Chhaava producer Dinesh Vijan.

Before Vicky, several Bollywood celebrities, including Remo D’Souza, Pankaj Tripathi, Esha Gupta, Hema Malini and others, visited Maha Kumbh. Now, Vicky has joined the list of stars who made the visit.

During the promotion of Chhaava, Vicky and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna have visited shrines and temples to promote the film. They visited the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, Golden Temple in Amritsar, and Grishneshwar Temple.

The film stars Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, alongside Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, Pradeep Rawat, and Santosh Juvekar in key roles. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar and bankrolled under Dinesh Vijan's production banner. AR Rahman composed the music for the film.
