Popular comedian Sunil Pal has recently made a shocking statement on The Great Indian Kapil Show. Sunil in a video message to Kapil Sharma said that he is happy that the show is ending on Netflix. He further said that Netflix does not deserve a talented actor like Kapil Sharma. Not only that he also bashed the streaming platform and claimed that it does not need talented people and it has mostly abusive content. Sunil further urged Kapil Sharma to come back on television with the show. 

In a video shared by him on Instagram, Sunil Pal said “Bahut dukh ho raha hai. I am feeling sad that The Great India Kapil Show is ending. I want to tell Kapil, achcha hai apka show band ho raha hai. You are not an OTT artist. Aap TV ke ghar ghar ke artist ho. You are loved by all. I was very worried when it was announced that Kapil is doing an OTT show because they have vulgar, double-meaning content. They show nudity. Wahan ka hero wohi hota hai jo erotic hota hai. Netflix doesn't want talented people, they need content which has abuses. You took a wrong step by going there but it's okay. We all still love you. Please come back to TV. I also appeal to other TGIKS stars like Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek to not appear much in other shows. It doesn't look good if you are seen everywhere. Please dhyan dijiye. As an audience, I'll be happy if the show comes back on TV.” 

He continued, “Please keep good writers. Aapke saare writers nalle haim. They boast outside about writing for your show but they are ullu ke patthe. No one knows how to write, kick them out. Hire good people. I am happy your show is ending on Netflix. That platform doesn't deserve you. You are a big artist.”

The comedian was bashed by Instragram users for his statement. One user wrote, “Tu to kush hoga kapil Ka show close ho raha hai isliye Tu to jallu aadmi hai.” Another user wrote, “Dukh karta rah bhai aur dukh kar Kapil ka show band ho gaya hai dukh to banta hi hai Kapil ka koi bhai to hai NAHI Jo dukh karega aur aise fuddu video daal ke Kapil tere ko chai bannane ki naukri NAHI dene Wala Ghar bhait kud chai bana aur kud pee.” A comment reads, “@sunilpalcomedian sir real stand up Comedian to aap hi hai hamari nazar mai , RESPECT U sir 🙏kioki aap ache insan bhi hai.” 

After facing a lot of backlash on his Instagram post, Sunil Pal has now disabled the comments section.
