Crime Beat OTT Release: Saqib Saleem, Saba Azad and Sai Tamhankar are gearing up for a thriller web series titled Crime Beat. The show will focus on the journey of journalists through the world of investigative journalism. The story is about a young crime reporter, who is struggling in his career. He gets a big project when he gets to know about a gangster’s return. As he investigates the report more, he gets trapped in a difficult situation where his personal and professional life is at stake. The show has been directed by Sudhir Mishra and Sanjeev Kaul.
When And Where To Watch Crime Beat Online?
Saqib Saleem, Saba Azad and Sai Tamhankar starrer web series is set to release on Zee5. Crime Beat will be streaming on Zee5 on February 21. The OTT platform shared the news on Instagram, “In a world where secrets are hidden at any cost, he’s willing to pay the price for the truth 🗞 #CrimeBeat premieres on 21st Feb, only on #ZEE5 #CrimeBeatOnZEE5.”
In a statement quoted by Statesman, Saqib Saleem said “Taking on this role was both thrilling and challenging. ‘Crime Beat’ pushes me to explore new dimensions as an actor. It’s a series full of suspense, high stakes, and moral dilemmas. The narrative is full of twists and turns that will keep audiences on the edge of their seats, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how they connect with the story.”
On the other hand, Saba Azad said, “My character has deep involvement in the world of investigative reporting, navigating through constant moral challenges,” she explained. “The show delves into the risks and personal costs journalists face when uncovering society’s darkest secrets. I’m excited for everyone to see what we’ve created.”
