Dabba Cartel: Veteran actress Shabana Azmi is set to appear in the upcoming web series Dabba Cartel, which also stars Jyotika. Directed by Hitesh Bhatia, the series follows the journey of five women as they transform from ordinary lives into the world of crime. Working for a lunchbox delivery service, their business takes a dangerous turn when they start supplying drugs. Netflix's series promises to be full of drama, adventure, and action. The makers unveiled the trailer in Mumbai on Tuesday. During the event, Shabana Azmi admitted to her mistake of convincing the makers to remove Jyotika from the cast and stated that she would have robbed herself of the pleasure of working with her.

During the Dabba Cartel trailer launch, Shabana Azmi recalled how she wanted the makers to replace Jyotika in the show. However, after working with her, she realized her mistake. The actress told the media, "I tried to remove two girls from this. One of them is Jyotika. She doesn’t know about this, but I kept saying ‘yeh nahin, usko lo.’ But these guys told me, 'Do what you want, we won’t change her.' I am really grateful now that she’s here. Truly. It was my mistake. It would have robbed me of the pleasure of working with you."

The trailer shows how the lives of middle-class women who run a tiffin service take a new turn as they also deal in trafficking drugs with their food.
