Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who recently turned parents, for the first time held a meet and greet for paparazzi to introduce their three-month-old daughter Dua. They requested the media to refrain from clicking photos of Dua. But Deepika and Ranveer’s photos are going viral on social media. For the occasion, the actress looked stunning in a beige gown whereas Ranveer looked handsome in a white outfit. The duo posed for the paparazzi.
The star couple invited the media to their building’s clubhouse to celebrate the arrival of their daughter. They also introduced their daughter to the media persons. During the event, Ranveer expressed how happy is he to have ‘Laxmi’ in his home. Ranveer also asked the photographers not to take pictures of Dua.
The couple welcomed their daughter on September 8, 2024. In November, they revealed the name of their daughter and explained the meaning of it. They wrote on Instagram “Dua Padukone Singh | 🧿 ‘Dua’ : meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer.”
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Don 3. The movie also stars Kiara Advani in the lead roles. Apart from Don 3, he will be also seen in Aditya Dhar’s action thriller Durandhar which also features R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal.
Ranveer and Deepika was last seen in Singham Again. Rohit Shetty’s directorial also features Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in key roles. The action thriller was released in theatres on November 1, 2024. Singham Again is streaming on rent on Prime Video.
Deepika also starred in Kalki 2898 AD. The sci-fi-action thriller featured Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan, Anna Ben and Shobana in significant roles. The blockbuster was released in June this year. The southern version of the movie is streaming on Prime Video and the Hindi version is on Netflix.
