Deva Box Office Collection Day 2: The opening day performance of the Rosshan Andrews-directed cop movie, Deva was way better than anticipated. As the Akshay Kumar starrer Sky Force experiences remarkable growth in its second weekend, there is a fierce competition at the box office. The Shahid Kapoor action movie brought in about Rs 12.39 crore in two days at the box office.
Deva brought in Rs 5.78 crore on its first day of business and approximately Rs 6.61 crore on its first Saturday, according to the post shared by Zee Studios official. The movie remained consistent, earning Rs 12.39 crore in total.

The massy action cop movie recorded morning shows at 5.84% occupancy on Saturday, midday shows at 11.28%, and evening shows at 14.20%. On Saturday, Feb 1, 2025, Deva's Hindi occupancy rate was 13.07% overall, as per sacnilk.
The action movie, Deva made Rs 10.31 crore on its first day of release, earning Rs 6.82 crore in India and Rs 3.49 crore abroad, according to a statement released by the movie's producer, Zee Studios On Saturday. The massy Hindi movie made a gross collection of Rs 6.60 crore in India and Rs 10.10 crore globally as revealed by the trade website, sacnilk.

The main reason Deva generated a lot of talk among audiences was Shahid Kapoor's intensely angry performance. Many admirers linked his portrayal to Kabir Singh's as soon as the teaser was released. The film also garnered attention because it was the first Hindi film directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrews.

Everyone has been impressed by Shahid Kapoor's outstanding performance in Deva. The movie has captured everyone's interest. However, the audience's reaction to it has been conflicting. Deva narrates the tale of Shahid's character, ACP Dev Ambre. Pooja Hegde portrays Divya Sathaye, a journalist and Dev's lover. Dev, a hot-headed police officer and womanizer, loses his memory while investigating the death of his best buddy. The movie is an adaptation of Mumbai Police, a 2013 Malayalam film directed by Rosshan and starring Prithviraj Sukumaran. Nonetheless, significant alterations were made to the script to alter the plot, especially the major revelation at the end.
