Devara Box Office Collection Day 6: Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Telugu action thriller movie has been running extremely well at the ticket windows. The pan-India film was released in theatres on September 27 in multiple languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Directed by Koratala Siva, the movie was made on a budget of Rs 300 crore. On the release day of the film, it collected Rs 82.5 crore. On Day 2, it easily crossed the Rs 100 crore. With its growing box office performance, it seems Devara will soon cross the Rs 300 crore mark in India. After collecting a hefty amount on Wednesday as it was a national holiday, the movie might see a dip in box office numbers on Day 7. 

Devara Box Office Collection Day 6

As per Sacnilk, Devara collected Rs 20.50 crore on Day 6 (First Wednesday). The net collection of the movie stands at Rs 207.85 crore. It had an overall 46.45 per cent Telugu occupancy in theatres, 23.92 per cent in Hindi, 28.88 per cent Kannada occupancy and 25.09 per cent occupancy in Tamil Nadu. The global box office collection of Devara is over 396 crore after 6 days of release. The movie saw a big jump on Wednesday as it was a national holiday on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. But as per early predictions, Devara might see a dip in numbers on Thursday. The movie earned Rs 7.15 crore in Hindi releasing theatres. The total collection at the Hindi box office stands at Rs 45.87 crore, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh. 

About Devara

The story is set in the time of the post-independence era in the coastal lands where a village chief’s son is on a mission to end smuggling. He pretends to be weak and showcases that his dead father is still alive. The movie stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Chaitra Rai, Shruti Marathe, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma and Kalaiyarasan in prominent roles. It has been produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Kosaraju Harikrishna, Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Hari Krishna K in key roles. Devara: Part 1 was earlier scheduled to release on October 10, this year. But the makers of the movie preponed the dates to avoid box office clashes in the festive season.
