Devara: Fans flocked to theaters to catch their beloved star Jr NTR on-screen as the Telugu action thriller premiered today. The RRR actor's supporters were seen dancing and cheering, showcasing their excitement and affection for the actor. They went all out to give their favourite superstar and his film a grand welcome. Early morning shows were held across the South, particularly in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where fans transformed the film's debut into a festive occasion. Many venues displayed large cutouts of Jr NTR, adorned with garlands, some even draping the actor's figure.

Videos captured fans pouring milk on Jr NTR's poster ahead of the film's first show. Another clip featured a fan bursting firecrackers, further highlighting the enthusiasm surrounding Devara. In addition to Jr NTR, Devara features Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, both of whom are making their debuts in the Telugu film industry. This film also marks Jr NTR's first solo release in six years.

Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara has created a significant buzz and audience reactions have been overwhelmingly positive, with midnight screenings drawing enthusiastic fans eager to see the film. Social media is buzzing with reviews that highlight the excitement surrounding it.

The action-packed film is set against a coastal backdrop and explores a historical timeline, focusing on Devara as he defends his homeland and confronts evil forces. The impressive cast features Chaitra Rai, Shruti Marathe, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, and Kalaiyarasan in key roles.

The film, which has already sold tickets worth ₹80 crore, stars Jr NTR in a dual role, portraying both Devara and Varadha. His characters are central to a storyline that unfolds in a coastal setting marked by shifting power dynamics and dramatic clashes of wills. Produced by Kosaraju Hari Krishna and Sudhakar Mikkilineni under NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, and presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, the film released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, on September 27.
