Devara Release Date Out: 'Devara' is one of the most awaited Telugu movies of the year and will mark Jr NTR's return to the big screens after his blockbuster 'RRR'. The movie was earlier scheduled to release in October 2024 but the makers have decided to change it. 'Devara' will now release a few days earlier and this news has been announced by unveiling the film's new poster.

Devara Release Date Out:

'Devara' will release in theatres on September 27, 2024.

Announcing the release date, Dharma Movies wrote on Instagram, "Prepare for an epic showdown with the unforgiving storm! Man of Masses Jr NTR’s #Devara - in cinemas 27th September, 2024."

'Devara' also stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles. At the India Today Conclave 2023, Janhvi expressed her excitement about working on this film.

Talking about working in 'Devara', Saif Ali Khan earlier told IANS, "It's a very cool role and I'm working hard to make sure I deliver more than what is expected of me. My director Koratala Siva is a passionate artist with infectious energy and a great vision. He narrated to me for three hours and I was spellbound, emotionally involved all the way."

"I’m literally counting down the days. I message the director every day. Working with Jr NTR has been a dream. I recently re-watched 'RRR'. The magnitude of charisma that he has. To be able to share screen space with him will be one of the biggest joys of my life," she said.

She added, "I manifested it. I prayed every day for it. In every interview, I used to say that I wanted to work with Jr NTR sir. This film might be the first time this technique worked for me. I do believe that what you put in the universe is what you attract. I have learned to be always positive and do my work. That is the moral of the story."

Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has partnered with AA Films for the North India theatrical rights of 'Devara'.
