Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge Box Office Collection Day 8: Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge continues its strong run at the box office, emerging as one of the biggest Bollywood hits in recent times. Directed by Aditya Dhar and led by Ranveer Singh, the film has already crossed Rs 1,000 crore worldwide.
According to early estimates, the film earned around Rs 49.70 crore on Day 8. This takes its total India net collection to approximately Rs 674.17 crore, while the gross collection stands at Rs 805.32 crore. Overseas markets have also contributed significantly, with earnings of about Rs 261.92 crore, pushing the global total to Rs 1,067.24 crore.
With this, the film has crossed the Rs 600 crore mark in India and become one of the highest-grossing Hindi films. It has also surpassed the lifetime collections of recent hits like Stree 2 and Jawan in the domestic market. Interestingly, the only Hindi film still ahead is its predecessor, Dhurandhar, which earned around Rs 895 crore in India. If the current pace continues, the sequel may soon challenge that record as well.
Released on March 19, the film has entered its second weekend with strong advance bookings and packed cinemas across major cities. Trade analysts believe it is likely to cross Rs 700 crore in India within the next few days. Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film features a strong cast including R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. Their performances, along with the film’s large-scale action and direction, have been widely appreciated.
Looking ahead, experts say the film still has strong potential, especially with little competition in the coming weeks. Some even believe it could aim for the global record held by Dangal, one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
With strong word of mouth and record-breaking collections, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge continues to dominate both headlines and the box office.
