Kangana Ranaut, known for her outspoken nature, recently took to Instagram to seemingly take a dig at celebrities who attended and performed at the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Ambani. The actor shared a screenshot of an article about the late singer Lata Mangeshkar refusing to perform at weddings, highlighting her own stance on the matter.

In her Instagram Stories, Kangana compared herself to Lata Mangeshkar, stating, "I have been through worse financial setbacks, but Lata ji and I are only two people who have massive hit songs to our credit." She emphasized that despite receiving numerous offers, she never danced at weddings or accepted super hit item songs, choosing instead to maintain her integrity and dignity.

The Ambani bash, held in Jamnagar, Gujarat, was a star-studded affair attended by celebrities from around the world. Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and others graced the event. Performances by Rihanna, Diljit Dosanjh, Akon, Shreya Ghoshal, Arijit Singh, Lucky Ali, Udit Narayan, and dance performances by several film stars added to the grandeur of the celebration.

Kangana's remarks highlight her stance on maintaining dignity and integrity in the face of fame and money, sending a message to the younger generation about the importance of staying true to oneself. Fans can look forward to Kangana's upcoming projects, including a psychological thriller with R Madhavan and the period drama film 'Emergency', which also marks her directorial debut.
