Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are the biggest superstars in Indian cinema and fans are always delighted to see them on-screen together. Theatres erupted when both the superstars shared the screen in 'Pathaan' as fans recalled their bromance in 'Karan Arjun'. For the unversed, the 'Race 3' star reprised his role from the 'Tiger' franchise in 'Pathaan' as these films are a part of the same spy universe. It was earlier reported that the production house YRF is planning to make a 'Tiger vs Pathaan' film in which Salman Khan and SRK will go against each other.
As per the recent updates, both the actors have agreed to do the film. According to a report by Pinkvilla, the script was narrated to them separately in different meetings by Aditya Chopra and the movie will go on floors in March 2024.
“It’s a huge milestone for the banner because it marks a reunion of two giants from Indian Cinema on a full-fledged film 30 years after their first collaboration on Karan Arjun. The union of Salman and SRK warrants a strong script, and post the positive feedback in the individual narrations, Aditya Chopra and the team are now all set to take the film on floors by March/April. The team is confident that 'Tiger vs Pathaan' will live onto the mammoth expectations of the audience,” a source was quoted as saying by Pinkvilla.
On the work front, Salman Khan has wrapped up shooting for 'Tiger 3' and will star alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. Shah Rukh Khan will reportedly make a cameo appearance in the film and will reprise his role from 'Pathaan'.
As per reports, Salman Khan has been roped in for the upcoming movie directed by Vishnu Vardhan, with production under Karan Johar's banner, Dharma Productions. He was last seen in 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' alongside Venkatesh, Jaggabati Babu and Pooja Hegde.
Shah Rukh Khan was recently seen in 'Jawan' alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone. The movie has become a blockbuster and has already crossed Rs 400 crore at the box office in India. He will next star in Rajkumar Hirani's directorial 'Dunki' alongside Taapsee Pannu.
