Divya Agarwal, who tied the knot with businessman Apurva Padgaonkar earlier this year, has addressed the rumours surrounding their divorce. Taking to Instagram Stories, Divya shared a note dismissing the speculation after removing her wedding photos. The actress, in a lengthy note, clarified that all is well between her and her husband. She said that she deleted several other posts from her account, but people choose to react only to marriage.
Divya wrote, "I made no noise. I made no comments or stories. I deleted 2500 posts. Yet the media chose to see and react only to my marriage. It's funny how people see and expect things out of me. I have always done something people never expected out of me. And what they expecting now – the babies or divorce ... none of it is happening (side eyes emoji)."
"In reality, my first pinned post on my profile is the thing I want to be the talked about from now onwards. Every movie ends with a happily ever after, and by God's grace, my husband is snoring away to glory right next to me!," she added.

Divya and Apurva exchanged vows on February 20 this year in an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends. She married in a traditional Marathi wedding ceremony held in Mumbai. Following the ceremony, they promptly shared pictures on Instagram to announce their marriage. For the occasion, Divya and Apurva donned matching bridal attire.
The former Splitsvilla contestant dazzled a stunning purple lehenga with a pink ombre effect and intricate embroidery, complemented by a matching dupatta and elaborate diamond and emerald jewelry. She adorned traditional chooda with kaleera and both wore Mundavalya, adhering to Marathi customs. On the other hand, Apurva wore a coordinated purple kurta with similar prints to complement Divya's ensemble. The couple commenced their pre-wedding celebrations with cocktail party attended by friends and family, followed by a mehendi ceremony. Divya got engaged to Apurva in 2022, and in December 2023, she announced their wedding.
