DJ Azex, also known as Akshay Kumar and referred to as the 'smiling DJ of Odisha', was discovered dead on Saturday, at his home in Bhubaneswar. His body was found under mysterious circumstances and the police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
DJ Azex Found Dead:
According to reports, DJ Azex was discovered dead at his residence after a thunderstorm. The cause of his death is still unknown, and officials are investigating the incident. His body has allegedly been sent to Capital hospital for post-mortem.
A family member of the deceased told Odisha TV, "There was a power cut during a thunderstorm yesterday and Azex was inside his room. When we went to call him at around 10 pm, we found his door closed. Later, we found his body hanging after we broke open the door."

"At around 10:30 pm yesterday, I got information about the incident and soon family members took him to a private hospital. A girl with whom Akshay was in a relationship and one of her friends are behind this," his uncle Bholanath Moharana told the news portal.
According to a friend of DJ Azex, his girlfriend was asking for money from him and allegedly harassing him mentally over some pictures and videos. His family has requested a thorough investigation into his death and urged authorities to check his phone records. More information is yet to be revealed.
