Dragon Box Office Shutterdown: With Pradeep Ranganathan playing the lead, Dragon's theatrical run has taken everyone by surprise. The reviewers as well as the moviegoers enjoyed the Tamil movie, which helped boost its earnings at the ticket windows. Dragon had a sucessful run for the first three weeks at the box office.

Dragon which was released with reasonable expectations and strong audience support, surpassed Ajith Kumar's Vidaamuyarchi to become the highest-grossing Tamil movie of the year. Even while the domestic run has been great thus far, the global market has also shown excellent performance.

Dragon has now made over 145 crore at the box office worldwide. With the exception of Amaran (219.94 crore), Vettaiyan (148.32 crore), and The Greatest Of All Time (257.24 crore), the film has also topped the lifetime box office totals of every single Tamil film released between 2024 and 2025. In addition to surpassing the lifetime total of all 2025 films and becoming the highest-grossing Tamil film of 2025, it has also eclipsed all 2024 Tamil releases with the exception of three.

Anupama Parameswaran and Kayadu Lohar play important roles in the Kollywood coming-of-age movie. The Tamil movie was released in theaters on February 21, 2025. It was first launched in Telugu and Tamil, and both languages saw success in the marketplace. On March 14th, 2025, the Hindi-dubbed version of the movie was released.
