Following his release on bail, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav appears to be embracing life to the fullest. Recently, the YouTuber, who was acquitted in the snake venom case, took to his social media and posted a touching message dedicated to his family. Accompanying the picture, Elvish captioned, "My backbone." The photo, featuring his parents and grandmother, quickly went viral, with Elvish's supporters expressing their affection towards the family. Also, he offered a glimpse of his visit to the Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai.

On his Instagram stories he dropped a picture of his visit to the Siddhivinayak temple. The snapshot captures Elvish posing with his friends inside the temple premises. Elvish's post follows shortly after he secured bail from the Gautam Budh Nagar district court by providing two sureties of Rs 50,000 each.

Elvish Yadav's Case:

A Noida court granted bail to the controversial YouTuber and influencer, Elvish Yadav, shortly after his recent arrest in a case involving the NDPS Act and Wildlife Protection Act, according to his lawyer, Prashant Kumar Rathi. Yadav was released on bail by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jaihind Kumar Singh, who instructed him to furnish a bail bond worth Rs 50,000.

"The court has granted bail to him (Elvish Yadav) on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each..," Prashant Rathi lawyer of Noida-based YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav said.

Represented by Advocates Prashant Rathi and Deepak Bhati, Yadav, known for his presence on Instagram and as a winner of Bigg Boss OTT, was detained by Noida police on Sunday, March 17, on allegations of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida and Gurugram. Following his arrest, he was remanded to 14-day judicial custody by a local court in the city, where he reportedly confessed to the offense.

On November 3, 2023, a 26-year-old individual named Elvish, along with five others, faced charges under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at the Sector 49 police station. They were accused of purportedly supplying snake venom to partygoers for recreational purposes.
