Fahadh Faasil is currently one of the most successful actors in South Indian cinema and has given several hit movies in his career. He is all set to star in 'Vettaiyan' along with superstars Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan and fans couldn't be more excited. On the special day of his birthday, the makers dropped a behind the scene picture of Fahadh Faasil, Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth posing together on the set.

Sharing the picture, the makers wrote, "Our Birthday Boy Fahadh Faasil with the two pillars of Indian cinema, Superstar @rajinikanth & Shahenshah @SrBachchan from the sets of #Vettaiyan."

The dynamic duo of Indian cinema, Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth, were last seen together in the heartwarming family drama 'Hum' in 1991. Despite the absence of a joint project during this extended period, it's worth noting that Amitabh Bachchan has consistently shown unwavering support for Rajinikanth's career.

According to reports, 'Vettiyan' is based on a true incident and Rajinikanth will reportedly play the role of a cop. The movie will be directed by TJ Gnanavel, who is best known for his film 'Jai Bhim'. The movie was earlier tentatively titled 'Thalaivar 170'.
