Family Business First Look: Anil Kapoor and Vijay Varma are set to headline the upcoming business drama series, Family Business, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Hansal Mehta. The show is set to premiere on Netflix soon and tells the story of complicated and messy personal relationships that define every boardroom battle within a family of tycoons. The first glimpse of Anil Kapoor as Jeh Davar and Vijay Varma as Siddharth Mehta leaves fans questioning how legacy and blood can turn power into a personal vendetta.
Family Business First Look
Taking to Instagram, Netflix treated fans to a first look at the characters and cast of Family Business. The promo opens up with the introduction of Anil Kapoor as Jeh Davar, a visionary billionaire, who grooms a rising tycoon, played by Vijay Varma as Siddharth Mehta, to take over the reins of India’s largest conglomerate as his successor.
Months into the job, Sid is unceremoniously fired from his position as Group Chairman, and his mentor takes back the throne. Refusing to accept his downfall, Siddharth fights back, turning a corporate succession battle into a war and embarks on a mission to bring down Jeh Davar. Anil's character is also seen declaring it to be a war. During this, old secrets surface, alliances fracture, and the fight for control threatens to tear the family apart. It will be intriguing to see what happens when inheritance becomes expectation, and legacies collide.

At the end of the video, Vijay and Anil are seen hinting at their face-off in the series. Sid is heard saying, "I hope you regrets this decision." In response, Jeh says, “Jo regret karte hain woh baith kar biography likhte hain. History nahi."
The promo video also introduces the supporting cast, including Rhea Chakraborty, Kanwaljit Singh, Neha Dhupia and others.

The show is produced by Abundantia Entertainment and True Story Films, and will soon premiere on Netflix.
