Kangana Ranaut Roasts Salman Khan: Superstars Salman Khan and Kangana Ranaut have now carved a niche for themselves in Bollywood. Both of them currently boast an immense fan base, not only within the country but also internationally. While they have not shared screen space in any film yet, they did make an appearance together on the show Bigg Boss, a few years back.

In the 25th episode of the seventh season of controversial reality show, Bigg Boss, Kangana Ranaut made a memorable appearance. The actress's delightful camaraderie with the show's host, Salman Khan, left everyone in splits.

However, during a segment of the show, Salman playfully mentioned how Kangana finally appeared on the programme after numerous requests, jokingly stating, "Itni minaatein karne ke baad aayi hain yaha ye" (She has come here after so many pleas). In response, Kangana called it a fabrication and playfully suggested that she should meet Salman only on the sets of Bigg Boss, given his gracious behaviour on national television.

She said, "Esa kuch bhi nahin hain. Muje lagta hain mujhe ense yehi milna chahiye, kyuki bahut tehzeeb mein peesh aa rahe hain ye (That's not the case at all. I believe I should only meet him here because he is behaving so gracefully)."

Kangana Ranaut's remark triggered laughter all around, and even Salman Khan couldn't help but sport a broad smile. Amidst the cheers and playful banter, Salman inquired, "Kyu vaisey nahin aata" (Why don’t I behave that way normally). Kangana, once again, playfully embarrassed the actor with her response, as she candidly expressed that Salman's demeanour on the sets of Bigg Boss differed from his off-camera behaviour with her.

"Bilkul nahin. Ye roop toh muje nahin dekhne ko nahin milta. Toh lagta hain saari appointments aur meetings hume esi stage pe karni chahiye (Not at all. I don't get to see this side of him. So, it seems like all our appointments and meetings should be held on this stage)," she stated.

For the unversed, Kangana Ranaut was previously approached to portray the character of 'Arfa,' which was eventually played by Anushka Sharma in the movie Sultan. During an interview with PTI, Kangana had disclosed the reasons for rejecting the role and the opportunity to star alongside the Bollywood superstar.

The actress explicitly expressed that she had previously undertaken roles that possessed intricate layers and depth, and she did not want to partake in a character that would undermine her skills as an actor.

"Coming from a double role space and doing so much more in my earlier films, I didn't want to demote myself to something which wasn't offering me so much. That's why I didn't do it. Sultan, at that point of time, though it was a great character for a girl to play, I didn't see anything for me in that," she said.
