Friday OTT Releases: Weekend is here and there are several new movies and web series that are all set to stream on popular OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, Zee5 and more. From the much-anticipated Viduthalai Part 2, starring Vijay Sethipathi, to action-packed Hindi movie Deva, which stars Shahid Kapoor as a cop, and others, there are some new titles that you can stream online from the comfort of your home. So, grab your popcorn and get ready to binge these new movies and web series on OTT.

Friday OTT Releases (March 28)

Viduthalai 2

Viduthalai Part 2 is a 2024 Indian Tamil-language period political crime thriller film directed and co-produced by Vetrimaaran. The film is the direct sequel to Viduthalai Part 1 (2023) and the second installment of a two-part adaptation of Jeyamohan's short story Thunaivan. The story follows a police constable's journey amidst an operation to capture a revolutionary. The ensemble cast includes Vijay Sethupathi, Soori and Gautham Vasudev Menon, reprising their roles from the first film, along with new additions such as Manju Warrier, Kishore, Anurag Kashyap and Ken Karunas.

You can stream Viduthalai 2 on Zee5 from March 28.

The Life List

The Life List, an upcoming romantic comedy-drama film, is set to premiere on Netflix on March 28, 2025. Directed and written by Adam Brooks, the film is based on Lori Nelson Spielman's novel of the same name. The movie boasts a talented cast, including Sofia Carson, Kyle Allen and Connie Britton.

The Life List will be available to watch on Netflix from March 28.

Paul American

Paul American is a captivating reality series that delves into the lives of two of the most recognizable social media personalities, Jake and Logan Paul. The show offers an exclusive glimpse into their opulent lifestyles, showcasing the extravagant experiences and lavish luxuries that come with being internet sensations. Additionally, the series explores the intricate dynamics of the Paul family, providing a unique perspective on the relationships and interactions that shape their lives. 

Paul American will start streaming on JioHotstar from March 28.

Seruppugal Jaakirathai

Seruppugal Jaakirathai is a hilarious and action-packed comedy series that embarks on a thrilling journey with its protagonist, Thyagarajan, a diligent auditor, and his son. The duo sets out on an exciting adventure that takes them across the town, driven by a most unlikely quest - to find a pair of ordinary-looking slippers that hold an extraordinary secret. Unbeknownst to the casual observer, these slippers contain stolen diamonds, making them a highly coveted and dangerous treasure. 

Seruppugal Jaakirathai will be available to watch on Zee5 from March 28.

Deva

Deva delves into complex and thought-provoking themes, including the pain of betrayal, the importance of loyalty and the ambiguous boundaries between right and wrong. Furthermore, it explores the intense inner struggle that arises when individuals are forced to confront their own dark impulses, promising a gripping and emotionally charged cinematic experience.

Deva will start streaming on Netflix from March 28, 2025.
