Ahead of the much-awaited release of Game Changer, the Telangana government permitted ticket hikes for Ram Charan and Kiara Advani starrer Telugu movie. The ticket prices of the movie will rise by Rs 150 in multiplexes and Rs 100 in single screens on January 10. So, the total price of the ticket in multiplex will cost around Rs 400 and Rs 275 for single screens. The government rejected the permission for midnight shows but the 4 am shows have been permitted. 

Game Changer’s ticket price is less as compared to recent hits like Salaar, Kalki 2898 AD and Pushpa 2 which costed around Rs 400 to 600. The ticket prices will vary after opening day with the reduced hike of Rs 100 in multiplexes and Rs 50 in single screens. The changes in the price have been done to attract more movie watchers and it will only continue till day 10. 

Game Changer is the second collaboration of lead actors Ram Charan and Kiara Advani after their 2019 film Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Game Changer focuses on the life of an honest IAS officer, who fights against a corrupt political system by conducting through fair and transparent elections. The movie features Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, SJ Surya, Jayaram, Nassar and Anjali in significant roles. It has been directed by Shanmugam Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, Adityaram and Sireesh. As per reports, the film was made on a budget of around Rs 450 crore. As per the latest reports till morning, the gross collection of advance booking is Rs 14.83 crore (excluding blocked seats). The movie has sold over 5 lakh tickets at the Indian box office. Among all the states in the country, it is set to income more from Andhra Pradesh as over 8000 shows have been listed there.
