'Godzilla X Kong- The New Empire' has been ruling at the global box office since day 1 of its release. In this sequel to Godzilla vs. Kong, Kong teams up with Godzilla to battle a tyrannical leader and a frost-breathing Titan threatening the surface. They encounter more of Kong's species in the Hollow Earth. The film stars Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Dan Stevens, Kaylee Hottle, Alex Ferns, and Fala Chen, with some reprising their roles from the previous movie. 

Godzilla X Kong Box Office Collection in India

The film has amassed Rs 50 crore mark in India, which is definitely a great feat. It is pertinent to note that Crew, which opened up with great numbers at BO, is now trailing behind Godzilla.

Godzilla X Kong Worldwide Box Office Collection

Critics had a mixed response to the film, drawing unfavorable comparisons to its predecessor, Godzilla Minus One (2023). Despite this, it managed to garner attention at the box office, accumulating approximately $210 million in global earnings. Produced with a budget of $135 million, the film's financial success secured its position as the seventh highest-grossing film of 2024.

Godzilla Vs Crew Box Office Collection

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire had a strong start at the box office, earning around Rs 50 crore net in India within its first 5 days. On the sixth day, it added Rs 4.50 crore, bringing its total to Rs 54.50 crore. Despite a slight decline on its first Saturday, it bounced back with a rise on Sunday. Compared to the film Crew, released alongside it on March 29, Godzilla X Kong had higher earnings with Rs 13.25 crore, while Crew earned Rs 9.25 crore.

About Godzilla X Kong- The New Empire

In the movie, Kong discovers additional members of his species living in the Hollow Earth. Facing a grave threat, he joins forces with Godzilla to thwart their tyrannical leader and a formidable Titan capable of exhaling frost, aiming to prevent them from wreaking havoc on the surface world.
