Gwyneth Paltrow's ski crash trial has been in the limelight for quite a time. Now, on March 30, a jury in Park City, Utah, announced Terry Sanderson to be at '100 percent' fault for the 2016 skiing accident involving himself and the actress.
After the jury found in its verdict that Gwyneth Paltrow was not at fault for their ski crash, the actor soon grabbed the cameras for her words spoken to the 76-year-old retired optometrist, who intended to sue her.
After Terry Sanderson claimed that Gwyneth Paltrow had skied into him getting in a countersuit, the verdict followed on behalf of her asking her to leave the room. The actress swiftly got up from her seat and on her way out, she leaned towards him and whispered something in her ear.

According to a report in E-News, Gwyneth said, "I wish you well." Terry quickly responded, "Thank you, dear." Shortly after the verdict was announced, the actor released her victory statement and thanked the judge and jury for their work and effort.
She said, "I felt that acquiescing to a false claim compromised my integrity. I am pleased with the outcome and I appreciate all of the hard work of Judge Holmberg and the jury, and thank them for their thoughtfulness in handling this case."
According to the news agency AP, Gwyneth Paltrow looked at her attorneys with a pursed-lips smile, as the judge read the eight-member jury's verdict in the courtroom in Utah. The jury also awarded her $1, however, the attorney fees she asked for in her countersuit were not included in the verdict.
Gwyneth Paltrow's collision with Terry Sanderson was live-streamed in Utah, emerging as the biggest celebrity court case since actors and former couple Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's defamation trial which took place last year.
Terry Sanderson now had sought more than $300,000 in damages which had also caused him to grow distant from his family and friends. The legal team of Gwyneth Paltrow represented the man as an angry-aging man, who continued to travel internationally after the collision without care.
