Rapper Hanumankind won hearts again with his debut performance at Coachella 2025 in California, USA. Sticking to his roots even on the global stage, he added a desi touch to his electrifying performance by bringing Chenda Melam (drummers ensemble from Kerala) onto the stage. Several videos and photos from the music festival have been doing rounds on social media with fans praising the rapper for embracing the Indian culture and making India proud.
Humankind shows up with Chenda Melam on Coachella stage
Hanumankind represented his home state Kerala as he teamed up with a group of Chenda musicians called Kochuveetil Beats. Hanumankind performed with full enthusiasm on his latest song, Run It Up on stage with the percussion band decked up in traditional white outfits. He set the California music festival stage ablaze.

In another viral video, Hanumankind's performance on Big Dawgs was lauded with loud cheers by the viewers. They can't stop recording him on their phone and also sang along with him when he pointed his mike at the crowd to let them take over. His show was so captivating that Houston hip-hop artist Maxo Kream couldn t stop himself from joining the Indian artist on stage.
