New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: As we bid adieu to 2019, it is time to join our family and friends and enjoy the New Year's eve to the fullest. Once you wake up to the new year after your hangover, it is best to go out and watch a movie. You can begin the year by going out to the theatre with loved ones and spend quality time with them to make their day special. Usually, people go out for a picnic in the new year but owing to overcrowding in popular destinations, it is advised that you go to a nearby cinema hall. As we are hopeful that you are unlikely to get out of your bed until afternoon this New Year, here are a few movies that you can watch:
Good Newwz
Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan-starrer Good Newwz is quite popular at the box office. The film released on December 26 has been receiving positive reviews and reactions. Helmed by Raj Mehta, the film depicts the journey of two Batra couples who are trying to have babies via IVF. The situation gets dramatic as their sperms get interchanged, which leads to hilarious and ridiculous situations. Produced by Karan Johar and co., the film also features Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani.
Dabangg 3
Prabhudeva directorial Dabangg 3 that features Salman Khan-- as Chulbul Panday--, Sonakshi Sinha-- Rajjo-- and Saiee Manjrekar in lead roles is doing excellent business at the box office. The cop-drama is the third part of the Dabangg franchise as it is being equally loved as its previous installments. To add spice to the film, Sudeep Kichcha is playing the role of an antagonist while Arbaaz Khan can also be seen playing a part in the film.
Pati Patni Aur Woh
Kartik Aaryan-starrer Pati Patni Aur Woh is an amazing movie to watch for people in their 20s and early 30s. The film revolves around a middle-class man --Chintu Tyagi aka Kartik Aaryan, who indulges in a light-hearted affair with a client - Tapasya (played by Ananya Panday)-- amidst stable and secure life with his wife Vedika Tyagi (Bhumi Pednekar).
Jumanji: The Next Level
Dwayne Johnson-starrer Jumani: The Next Level is an American fantasy comedy film directed by Jake Kasdan. In the third installment of the Jumanji franchise, the adventures continue in the fantastic world of Jumanji. The players return to the dangerous games, their characters get exchanged with each other leaving with the same heroes but with different looks.
Frozen 2
A movie that is popular among kids and as well as millennials. Take out time this new year to make it a special one for your kids and friends. Frozen is an American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney. Three years after the events of Frozen, Elsa begins to hear strange voices calling to her from the forest and all of a sudden Arendelle finds itself in danger. Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven must go beyond Arendelle to find the origin of Elsa`s powers and save their kingdom. And what happens next is a roller coaster journey that we are sure you want to be a part of.
