Anil Kapoor's son and actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor recently joined the star-studded bash hosted by his sister Sonam Kapoor and brother-in-law Anand Ahuja for football legend David Beckham. Among the many celebrities in attendance, Harsh shared a moment from the event on his social media account, posting a picture alongside David Beckham. In his caption, he mentioned meeting Beckham and engaging in a conversation about their shared interest in Manchester United while teasing that he couldn't disclose more about their discussion.

Dropping a picture, posing with David Beckham, Harsh wrote, "Met David Beckham last night… spoke to him about United of course and the state of the club… can’t reveal more." Following Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor's post with David Beckham, a social media user trolled him by questioning his identity, asking if Beckham inquired about who he was. "Usne ye nahi poochha ki tu hai kaun? (Didn’t he ask you who you are)?" the comment read. Shutting down the troll for his unsavoury remark, Harsh replied, "Bhai woh mere ghar pe aaya.. Tu kaun hai? (Bro, he came to my house. But, who are you)?"

Not just this, a social media user brought up a previous controversy regarding fake sneakers. The user queried if Beckham was wearing authentic sneakers, referencing an earlier row involving Harsh's comments on the same topic. "Was he wearing real sneakers?" the user asked to which the actor replied, "No bro was wearing fakes… went to the same store as you to cop… he told me."

Meanwhile, Anand Ahuja shared a series of images from the party night. The first picture captured David Beckham, Anand Ahuja, Sanjay Kapoor, Karan Boolani (Rhea Kapoor's husband), Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar engrossed in watching television. Another one had Sonam Kapoor engaged in conversation with David Beckham during the event. In the caption, Anand wrote: "Just another vision of how sport brings us together! ..it was tense for a minute but the Indian Cricket Team clamped down and pulled through! Thanks, Arjun Kapoor for making sure we had a big TV set up showing the match during dinner just so people could sneak in and out to catch a glimpse of India's tremendous semi-finals victory on the way to its fourth ODI World Cup Finals appearance!!"

Harsh Vardhan on trolls

Recently, Harsh addressed negativity and highlighted his approach of not instigating conflicts but asserting his stance when faced with provocative interactions. "The only difference is I never instigate it.. I do my own thing but if someone is logging onto Twitter going on my page to quote tweet me and simultaneously trying to low blow me (contradictory from them btw) I’ll say what I want to them if I’m in the mood."
