Heads of State Trailer: John Cena, Idris Elba, and Priyanka Chopra are all set to bring an action-packed comedy movie to the screen. This high-octane thriller explores the world of two of the most powerful men President of the United States and the UK Prime Minister and their fight against a global conspiracy. If they join forces, they might just save the world. But there’s a twist, they can’t stand each other. To give a glimpse of this hilarious rivalry, the makers have unveiled an intriguing trailer that promises a thrilling adventure filled with explosive action and comedic banter.

Heads of State Trailer Out

The clip introduces the world of the two heads of state, played by John Cena and Idris Elba. The trailer features their chaotic press conferences to global touring filled with action sequences and comedy. The fast-paced action sequences and stunts give Aderlaine a rush to the audience with a heavy dose of nostalgia with all of the 90s golden era of buddy action comedies. When they become the targets of a powerful and ruthless foreign adversary and raising concern for two leaders’ security. Joining them on an adventurous mission, Priyanka Chopra Jonas as MI6 agent Noel Bisset, saves them and takes them to the safest location on this continent. The movie also features Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, Stephen Root, Sarah Niles, Richard Coyle, and Paddy Considine.

About Heads Of State

This film marks the reunion of John Cena and Idris Elba after The Suicide Squad but this time, they're not trying to kill each other and are on the same side. As they don't have the option, when their rivalry puts their nations’ 'special relationship' at risk, they're forced to rely on each other.

This film is helmed by Ilya Naishuller, the filmmaker behind Hardcore Henry (2015) and Nobody (2021). It is written by Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, and Harrison Query and backed by Peter Safran and John Rickard. Marcus Viscidi, Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, John Cena, and Idris Elba serve as executive producers.

Release date of Heads Of State

As announced by MGM Studios by unveiling the film's trailer on its X handle. Heads Of State will premiere on Prime Video on July 2. It will be available in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
