Anime has gained a huge fan following all over the world and it has seen a huge jump in the viewership in India as well due to the OTT platforms. One of the most popular anime in recent times is 'Hell's Paradise' and its finale premiered a few days ago. The 'Hell's Paradise' finale has made the audience more excited about its next season. The production house has officially announced the second season of 'Hell's Paradise'.

Hell's Paradise Season 2 Release Date

The exact release date of 'Hell's Paradise' Season 2 has not been confirmed yet. Seeing the trends of other anime series, the audience can expect the release of 'Hell's Paradise' Season 2 by 2024.

Hell's Paradise Season 2 Plot And Trailer

After the finale, a trailer of 'Hell's Paradise' was released by the makers, which showed a recap of the most significant events of the first season and ended the video with a shot of Yamada Asaemon Shugen. The trailer did not reveal many details about the second season. The first season took the viewers till the end of the manga's Lord Tensen Arc. Therefore, fans can expect the events from chapters 60 to 126 covered in season two.

'Hell's Paradise' is set in the Edo period of Japan and follows the ninja Gabimaru and the executioner Yamada Asaemon Sagiri as they search for the elixir of immortality.

The official synopsis of 'Hell's Paradise' reads, "A squad of prisoners and their guards are sent to investigate a mysterious island. They get stranded there and must rely on each other to survive the island's mysterious and monstrous residents."

The series is based on the Shueisha-published manga by Yuuji Kaku that ran from 2018 to 2021 with 13 tankoubon volumes.

Describing 'Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku', Viz Media said, "Gabimaru the Hollow is one of the most vicious assassins ever to come out of the ninja village of Iwagakure. He’s ruthlessly efficient, but a betrayal results in him being handed a death sentence. He has only one hope—in order to earn his freedom, he must travel to a long-hidden island and recover an elixir that will make the shogun immortal. Failure is not an option. On this island, heaven and hell are just a hair’s breadth away."

'Hell's Paradise' is directed by Kaori Makita with Akira Kindaichi as the series composer.
