HIT 3 vs Retro Advance Ticket Booking: Nani led HIT 3 will face a strong competition from Retro, featuring Suriya, who has a substantial following among Telugu viewers. Nani's aggressive marketing has shown that he believes he can maintain his position and win the box office war in spite of the competition. HIT 3 and Retro will be releasing on the big screens on May 1, 2025.

HIT 3, the action movie is already a box office blockbuster, with Nani leading the cop saga this time around. It brought in an incredible Rs 1.70 crore in advance bookings for its opening day recently. As per Tollywood box office india report, HIT3 sales 50.28k advance sales in bookmyshow.

The only official numbers released by the Telugu movie's producers are the $300,000 in pre-sales receipts in North America. Interestingly, Nani must outperform Ram Charan's top-performing ticket pre-sales with Game Changer this year. For the best Telugu cinema ticket pre-sales on BMS in 2025, the political drama took first place and has been there ever since.

Nani's fans have claimed that the pre-sales aren't yet available in all region of India.

Retro Advance Ticket Booking Report

Retro, starring Suriya, is presently in the advance booking phase and is looking good for its premiere weekend. Manobala Vijayan, a trade analyst and industry insider, revealed on X (formerly Twitter) that the movie has already surpassed the Rs 10 crore milestone in global advance ticket sales.

With this amount, Retro has a good chance of surpassing Kanguva as the highest domestic opening-day grosser in Suriya's career. The 2024 movie Kanguva made Rs 6.20 crore at its final pre-release and Rs 26 crore on its first day in India. There is a good chance that the final Day 1 numbers will be within the pre-sales amount for Retro, which already appears to be feasible.
