The couple, who reportedly started dating in 2020, has kept their romance largely private. However, Lekha recently took to Instagram to share a rare and intimate picture of the two, marking their relationship official on social media.

Both Imran and Lekha are looking deeply into each other's eyes, exuding love and affection. In a recent conversation with Hindustan Times, Imran Khan opened up about their relationship, expressing his initial efforts to keep it under wraps due to the complexities surrounding his divorce and the public scrutiny it might invite. However, he praised Lekha for being a positive and supportive presence in his life, especially during his struggles with depression and self-rebuilding. Imran described Lekha as caring, supportive, and loving, highlighting her significant role in his life.
Reports suggest that Imran and Lekha have taken their relationship to the next level by renting a house together in Mumbai. The couple has reportedly leased an apartment in the Bandra area from director Karan Johar, with a monthly rent of ₹9 lakh.

Imran Khan was previously married to Avantika Malik in 2011, with whom he shares a daughter named Imara. Imran found solace in his relationship with Lekha during the lockdown in 2020, and their bond has only grown stronger since then.
