India To Host 71st Miss World Pageant: The 71st Miss World pageant is set to grace India, marking the commencement of the 'Beauty with a Purpose' festival on February 18 in New Delhi. Sini Shetty, the esteemed winner of Femina Miss India World 2022, will proudly represent India amidst the gathering of 120 nations from across the globe. This event promises a month-long celebration, culminating in the grand finale scheduled for March 9th, 2024, in the bustling city of Mumbai.

The last time India had the honor of hosting this prestigious event was in 1996. Karolina Bielawska from Poland currently holds the title of Miss World, having been crowned on March 16, 2022, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Over the past decade, the Miss World Pageant has graced countries including Indonesia, the United Kingdom, China, and the United States of America. 

Sini Shetty To Represent India In 71st Miss World Pageant

Hailing from Karnataka, Sini holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and is currently pursuing the professional program for chartered financial analysts (CFA). Apart from her academic pursuits, Sini is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, frequently sharing her dance videos on her Instagram page. With an impressive fan base, Sini Shetty boasts around 299K followers on her Instagram account. Adding to her accomplishments, she has been featured in several commercials and proudly holds the title of the former winner of 'Miss India Karnataka.'

Sharing the announcement of India hosting the 71st Miss World Pageant Sini Shetty took to his Instagram handle and wrote, "My heart swells with joy and as next month, India will host the 71st Miss World finals and I will proudly welcome my Miss World sisters from every corner of this globe. The journey to this moment has been a crucible of growth and today, as I stand on the precipice of representing our great nation on home soil, I carry the collective blessings and hopes of my fellow countrymen."
