The batsman has shared several romantic pictures on social media flaunting their engagement ring. The pictures have gone viral within no time, and fans as well as cricketers have flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages for the newly engaged couple.
Prithvi Saw Gets Engaged To His Girlfriend Akriti Agarwal
Prithvi Shaw has posted several pictures of the engagement on Instagram. The pictures show the cricketer going down on his knee as he puts the ring on the finger of his fiancée, Akriti Agarwal. There is another picture in which Akriti is seen helping the cricketer wear his engagement ring.
Shaw has posted the pictures along with a caption that reads: “From sixes on the field to a lifetime of hits off it. She is my perfect innings.” The post has started to garner much attention as thousands of fans have started to share their wishes.

Prithvi Shaw began his international cricket career in a sensational manner when he scored a century on his debut in a Test match against the West Indies in 2018.
However, in recent years, Prithvi Shaw has been through several challenges in terms of his fitness, discipline, and performance. In October 2024, Prithvi Shaw was dropped from the Mumbai team’s Ranji Trophy squad on the grounds of irregular attendance in training sessions and concerns over his fitness. These issues also influenced his IPL journey.
Initially, Prithvi Shaw remained unsold in the IPL 2025 auction, as well as the first rounds of the IPL 2026 mini-auction. However, his old franchise, the Delhi Capitals, picked him up in the final round of the accelerated auction.
