Bigg Boss OTT Cancelled: Ever since Bigg Boss season 19 concluded, fans have been eagerly awaiting a new season of Bigg Boss OTT. According to the latest reports, the makers are planning to axe the show's format despite its huge popularity among viewers. The makers have reportedly decided to run only one main Bigg Boss show in Hindi, which will be available both on television and OTT platforms. As per a viral post by Bigg Boss Tak on X, claiming that Bigg Boss OTT Hindi has been scrapped. After three seasons, the OTT version will face an unexpected end. The makers have now decided to run only one Bigg Boss show in Hindi version as they don’t want to restrict viewers to just digital or television. Going forward, there will be only one Bigg Boss in Hindi, with no separate OTT version. However, an official announcement is yet to be made by the makers or the streamer of the show.

All About Bigg Boss OTT Version
Bigg Boss is one of the most-watched and controversial Indian reality TV shows, featuring celebrity and non-celebrity contestants living together in a house for more than three months without contact with the outside world. The host for Bigg Boss OTT Season 1, the first digital season in Hindi, was the filmmaker Karan Johar, who made his OTT debut with the show. Season 1 aired on the Voot platform in 2021, with Divya Agarwal as the winner.
It was followed by season 2, in which Salman Khan stepped in as host, with YouTuber Elvish Yadav lifted the trophy, while Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan finished as first runner-up. Elvish became the first wild card contestant to win the trophy.

In 2024, Anil Kapoor took over the hosting duties of BB OTT3, with Sana Makbul emerging as the winner. In 2025, there was no new season of Bigg Boss OTT, and now reports confirm that the format has been discontinued.
