The highly anticipated Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, has finally hit the big screens today, December 5, 2024. The movie is doing well at the box office. Allu Arjun, Rashmika and Fahadh Faasil, reprising their roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh have received praise from critics and fans for their performances in the sequel. Amid the Pushpa 2 fever, the makers recently hinted at the third installment in the franchise, which is apparently titled Pushpa: The Rampage. Now, Vijay Deverakonda’s 2022 post is going viral on social media platforms sparking speculation about his potential involvement in the upcoming movie.

 Is Vijay Deverakonda In Pushpa 3?

In his 2022 post, Vijay Deverakonda revealed that Pushpa will have three installments, leaving netizens wondering whether he will be a part of Pushpa 3. In a post on his X handle, Vijay shared a picture with Pushpa director Sukumar on the occasion of the latter's birthday and captioned it, "Happy Birthday @aryasukku sir – I wish you the best of health & happiness! Cannot wait to start the film with you. Love and hugs. 2021 – The Rise, 2022 – The Rule, 2023 – The Rampage.

 Apart from this, Vijay Deverakonda recently made headlines for his sweet gesture towards Allu Arjun. Ahead of the Pushpa 2 release, Vijay, who is rumoured to be dating Rashmika Mandanna, gifted Allu Arjun a jacket with 'Rowdy Pushpa' written on it. Overwhelmed by his gesture, the Pushpa star shared a picture of himself wearing the jacket on his Instagram handle and wrote, "Thank you, my sweetest brother VD... Vijay Deverakonda... continuing the anavayathi."

Pushpa 3's Viral Post

The news of Pushpa 3 started circulating online after sound designer Resul Pookutty shared a picture revealing that the sound mixing for Pushpa 2 was complete. However, what caught attention was the poster in the background that read, Pushpa 3: The Rampage. However, the Oscar-winning sound designer immediately deleted his post.
