Superstar Rajinikanth’s latest film 'Jailer' hit the theatres on August 10, 2023. The film has reportedly earned over Rs 72 crores worldwide, thereby becoming the highest Tamil opening of 2023 by surpassing Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan 2'.
There are high hopes for the movie's box office take this weekend because of how well it has been received by the public. However, in an exciting piece of news, 'Jailer' has found its OTT streaming partner. Although a number of companies have expressed interest in buying the movie's digital rights, it appears that SunNxt, a subsidiary of Sun Pictures, has acquired the OTT rights of Jailer.

There are hints that the movie might be streaming on the platform after approximately a month and a half from now, however an official announcement is yet to be made.

The 2023 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film Jailer has been directed by Nelson and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures. Apart from Rajinikanth, 'Jailer' also stars Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil, Mirnaa Menon in supporting roles. Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar and Tamannaah Bhatia make cameo appearances.
