Superstar Rajinikanth’s latest-released film 'Jailer' has taken the box office by storm not only in India, but in the international markets as well. 'Jailer’s box office collection stands at Rs 245.6 crore in India after it raked in Rs 9.75 crore on day 9. Now, on day 10, 'Jailer' is expected to surpass Rs 500 globally. The new figures were confirmed by trade analyst Taran Adarsh Manobala Vijayan who took to his X handle and shared the same.

Vijayan tweeted, “#Jailer WW Box Office Week 1 - Rs 450.80 cr, Week 2 Day 1 - Rs 19.37 cr, Day 2 Rs 17.22 cr, Total - Rs 487.39 cr. All set to breach Rs 500 cr today.”

Jailer Day 10: Box Office Predictions

Rajinikanth-starrer had a successful first nine days at the box office, grossing 245.90 crore in India. 

On its tenth day, 'Jailer' may generate a net income of 16.00 Cr for all languages, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. According to Sacnilk, the film had an overall 34.11% Tamil Occupancy on Saturday, August 19, 2023. he film had an overall 24.43% Telugu Occupancy.

The 2023 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film 'Jailer' has been directed by Nelson and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures. Apart from Rajinikanth, 'Jailer' also stars Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil, Mirnaa Menon in supporting roles. Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar and Tamannaah Bhatia make cameo appearances.

According to rumors, Netflix may be the favorite to win the streaming rights to the film. Alternately, the production firm might keep the digital rights for Sun NXT, its own streaming service.
