Janhvi Kapoor is gearing up for the release of her upcoming sports drama movie 'Mr And Mrs Mahi' and is busy promoting the film these days. Amid her busy schedule, she took time out to visit the Muppathamman temple and revealed that it was her mother Sridevi's favourite place to visit in Chennai. She posted some pictures on Instagram with her aunt and looks absolutely beautiful in a pastel colour floral lehenga.
Sharing the pictures, she wrote, "Visited Muppathamman temple for the first time mummas most favourite place to visit in Chennai."

The actress earlier visited Chandigarh and Varanasi to promote 'Mr And Mrs Mahi'.
While promoting her movie in Delhi, Janhvi talked about the equation with co-star Rajkummar Rao and praised him. She revealed that she did not get to talk much to Rajkummar during the shoot of 'Roohi' as she played the role of a ghost. She further said that she and Rajkummar jumped on to work together in 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' because of its amazing script. While talking about her on-screen and off-screen equation with Rajkummar, she added, "The film's title says 'An Imperfectly Perfect Partnership' but in the movie, we are 'Perfectly Perfect'."

Praising Rajkummar's dedication to work, she said, "He has so much love for his craft and filmmaking that everyone used to feel energised after seeing him and wanted to give their best."
'Mr & Mrs Mahi' will release on May 31, 2024. Rajkummar will essay the role of Mahendra, whereas, Janhvi will be seen as Mahima.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen in 'Devara' alongside Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. She will also star in 'RC 16' along with Ram Charan. She has wrapped up shooting for 'Ujajh' as well along with Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta and Jitendra Joshi.
