Javed Akhtar revealed that his ‘X’ account (formerly known as Twitter) was hacked. He shared that a tweet was made by his account which he claimed to have not done regarding Paris Olympics 2024 about the Indian team. Akhtar shared that though the tweet was harmless but it was sent by him. The renowned lyricist also stated that he complained about the same to the concerned authorities in X. Javed took to X and wrote, “My X ID is hacked . There is a message ostensibly from my account about our Indian team for Olympics. It is totally harmless but not sent by me . We are in the process of complaining to the concern authorities in X.”

His followers started sharing the suspicious activities on his account after his tweet. A fan said, “That's what I'm thinking, who is running your handle after all?” A user suggested, “Change your password immediately.” Another said, “What was that harmless msg?”
However, the previous tweet that he has been taking about has been deleted from his ‘X’ account.
For the unversed, Manu Bhaker won Bronze medal in Women’s 10 M Air Pistol at the Paris Olympics 2024. Many celebrities have wished her on social media like Preity Zinta wrote on her Instagram stories “Congratulations @bhakermanu on winning the first medal for India in Olympics 2024..."
