Navya Naveli Nanda returns with her weekly podcast, 'What The Hell Navya S2,' where the upcoming episode will feature discussions on social media with her mother Shweta Bachchan and grandmother Jaya Bachchan. This time the ladies seem to be addressing the topics of trolls, memes, and negativity on social media. Following with, Jaya discussed how faceless trolls wouldn't dare to speak negatively in front of her.
In the beginning of the promo, Jaya Bachchan mentions "Yeh jo meymeys hote hai," but Navya promptly corrects her, explaining that they are called 'memes'. Adding, "If you feel compelled to comment, then do so positively. But instead, you often just give your verdict." Jaya then highlights how these memes poorly mimic individuals. Reflecting on the online landscape, Navya remarks, "Posts with negativity tend to garner the highest number of views and engagement."
Navya points out that those individuals wouldn't dare to express such negativity if they were face-to-face with Jaya. In response, the veteran actress acknowledges, "They wouldn't have the courage." Navya laughs and adds, "Especially not with you." Jaya concludes the conversation by issuing a challenge to these individuals, suggesting, "(Himmat hogi bolne ki...) If you truly have courage, then comment on real issues and show your face (Dum hai toh asli cheez pe comment karke dikhaye, apni shakal dikhaye)." Watch:
