In this hilarious film, a deranged scientist transforms unsuspecting people into creatures resembling earthworms. In this installment, the Human Earthworm faces an unexpected plot twist - a love story! Picture an earthworm grappling with the intricacies of romance amidst its eerie transformation.

Yuji's movie preference may evoke some laughs, but initially, his focus was diverted due to Nobara's attempts to arrange a date for him. In his previous high school, a girl named Ozawa expressed romantic interest in Yuji and wanted to advance their relationship. However, Yuji politely turned down her advances. Considering the intense battles and turmoil awaiting him in the Shibuya Incident Arc, his decision might have been quite practical!

As the arc begins, Yuji and his companions make a startling discovery: their classmate Mechamaru has been operating in secrecy for the antagonists.
