Jung Hae In recently invited fans to check out his I, the Executioner co-star Hwang Jung Min's entertaining parody remix of BLACKPINK Rosé’s song APT, which includes elements of Bruno Mars' music. This humorous take on Rosé's popular song has been gaining a lot of attention, adding to the excitement around the film's theatre screenings.
During an October 27 fan event for I, the Executioner, Jung Hae In took the opportunity to interact with fans and recommended they enjoy Hwang Jung Min's remix, adding a lighthearted touch to the film's promotional activities. Rosé’s APT has already been a major hit, climbing the charts and receiving widespread support from her fans.
I, the Executioner, also known as Veteran 2, hit South Korean theatres on September 13. The thriller follows a gripping hunt for a notorious serial killer, with Hwang Jung Min playing a seasoned detective who, alongside a younger investigator, works tirelessly to bring justice and restore peace to the shaken community. Jung Hae In, Oh Dal Soo and Ahn Yoon Jo join Hwang Jung Min in leading roles. The story also explores the power dynamics between law enforcement and a wealthy heir tied to a powerful conglomerate.

Directed and written by Ryu Seung Wan, who previously worked on Escape from Mogadishu and MAD SAD BAD, I, the Executioner presents a thrilling cinematic experience. Rosé, meanwhile, continues to captivate the music world. After her solo debut in 2021 with the album R, featuring the tracks On the Ground and Gone, she’s now preparing to release her new album, Rosie, set for December 6. Following the success of her solo career, she renewed her contract with YG Entertainment for BLACKPINK’s group activities while joining THE BLACK LABEL to manage her individual projects in South Korea and signed with Atlantic Records.
