Kalki 2898 AD Box Office Collection Day 7: Nag Ashwin directorial, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan, made a significant impact at the box office. The makers shared that the film earned an impressive Rs 700 crore worldwide. Kalki 2898 AD concluded its first week on a strong note. The film performed exceptionally well at the box office during its first six days, earning an estimated Rs 370.2 crore net in India. On its seventh day, the film continued to draw crowds, earning around ₹23.20 crore net for all languages, bringing the total to Rs 393.4 crore.

Released on June 27 across multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English, the movie had a strong opening day, earning Rs 95.3 crore on Thursday. However, there was a dip in collections on Friday with earnings of Rs 59.3 crore. Business picked up again on Saturday, bringing in Rs 66.2 crore, and continued to rise on Sunday with Rs 88.2 crore. Monday saw another dip with earnings of Rs 34.15 crore, but the film managed to earn Rs 27.05 crore on Tuesday and Rs 22.7 crore on Wednesday, culminating in a total of Rs 392.9 crore.
On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, the film had an overall 31.38% occupancy for Telugu screenings. The breakdown of the day's occupancy is as follows: morning shows had 18.69%, afternoon shows had 25.80%, evening shows had 38.03%, and night shows had 43.01%.

Described as a fusion of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and science fiction, this grand-scale 3D production is helmed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. Set in the dystopian future of 2898 AD, the narrative revolves around a select group's quest to protect the unborn child, Kalki, from SUM-80, an experimental subject.
Prabhas and Deepika Padukone portray Bhairava and Sumati, with Amitabh Bachchan in the role of Ashwatthama and Kamal Haasan as the formidable antagonist Yaskin, who is anticipated to have an expanded role in the sequel. Disha Patani also features prominently in the cast.
