Kangana Ranaut, the renowned actor and recent entrant into politics, took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to dispel rumours circulating about her dietary habits. She firmly denied consuming beef or any other kind of red meat, emphasizing her commitment to a yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle.

In a tweet, Kangana expressed her disappointment over baseless rumors tarnishing her image. She reiterated her advocacy for a yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle, which she has promoted for many years. Kangana asserted her pride in being a Hindu and stated that such tactics would not mislead her supporters. She concluded her tweet with a resounding "Jai Shri Ram."

This clarification comes in response to an old tweet from 2019 that resurfaced recently. The tweet, which discussed the yogic lifestyle and mentioned her brother's non-vegetarian preferences, was misinterpreted by some. Kangana clarified that while she turned vegetarian eight years ago and embraces a yogic lifestyle, her tweet did not imply an endorsement of meat consumption.

Recently, Kangana Ranaut made headlines by entering politics and becoming the BJP candidate from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh. She embarked on a roadshow in the city to prepare for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024. Despite facing challenges and being "bullied" in the film industry for her background and language, Kangana expressed pride in her roots in Himachal Pradesh.
